Turn Opens New York Office

New Office Responds to Rapidly Growing Demand from Publishers, Advertisers, and Agencies

Redwood City, Calif.,—September 11, 2008—Turn Inc., the smart market for online advertising, today announced that it has expanded its national presence by opening a New York office that will serve as the company's East Coast headquarters. The office will be central to the company's expansion efforts and will be critical for servicing Turn's new and existing clients in that region.

The expansion into the New York market is a result of increased demand for Turn's marketplace and represents an important step for Turn. The company has seen rapid growth since its inception and is making this strategic move to sustain its robust growth into 2009. The expanded footprint will enable the company to better serve advertisers in New York as well as other key East Coast areas such as Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Florida. Turn's corporate headquarters is located in Northern California.

Jim Clark, an industry expert and new addition to the Turn team, will lead efforts to staff and scale the New York operation as Regional Vice President of East Coast Sales. Clark joins Turn from Yahoo! where he was Director of the Network Sales Team. Prior to their acquisition by Yahoo!, Clark was an early member of the Right Media sales team and quickly became a top revenue generating Account Director during his tenure there. Clark was also the number one Sales Executive for 24/7 Real Media's search division. Brendon Gallagher, previously with Tacoda and MIVA, has also recently joined Turn as the region's first Senior Sales Account Executive.
